Child Safety Standards

Contact is strictly reserved for people aged 18 or over. Minors are not allowed to create an account or use the service.

Contact is not intended for children. Any use by a minor is a violation of the terms of service; any account identified as being used by a minor is removed.

Contact applies a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

• child sexual exploitation and abuse;
• child sexual abuse material;
• grooming, sexual solicitation and predatory behavior;
• the sexualization of minors;
• requesting, sharing, storing or promoting sexual content involving minors;
• any attempt to use Contact to put a minor at risk.

Users can report a profile, a user, a message, an activity or any concerning content directly from Contact, using the reporting features built into the app.

Reports are reviewed by MQ DIGITAL's moderation team. Users can also block another user at any time.

Depending on the severity of the facts, a report may lead to:

• the immediate removal of content;
• the temporary suspension or permanent removal of an account;
• the limited retention of the elements needed for investigation or to comply with legal obligations;
• reporting to the competent authorities where required by law.

Where facts involving child sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material are confirmed, MQ DIGITAL cooperates with the competent authorities and organizations, in accordance with applicable laws.
